This is a gem

When thinking of your weight loss and fitness motivation & weight loss goals, remove all fears by:
  1. Focusing on the good
  2. Focusing on the objective
  3. Focusing on the goal
  4. Focusing on the solution
  5. Focusing on your aim
  6. Focusing on your destination

Motivation

I struggle with motivation in my weightloss journey I decided I need to find motivation rather than not lose weight. . . .

My first step is no matter what the week was like I am going to weigh myself rather than being okay with not losing weight

I am going to be proud of my accomplishments. . . .I started lifting 5lbs weights this week.

Quotes for Motivation:
Anthony Robbins: Weight Loss Inspiration Quotes
The higher your energy level, the more efficient your body. The more efficient your body, the better you feel and the more you will use your talent to produce outstanding results.

Mark Twain: Quotes for Weight Loss Motivation
Habit is habit and not to be flung out of the window by any man, but coaxed downstairs a step at a time.

Jim Rohn: Weight Loss Inspiration Quotes
Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live.

"Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence."

Unknown Author: Instead of giving myself reasons why I can't, I give myself reasons why I can.

Heraclitus: There is nothing permanent except change.

Author unknown: The road to success is dotted with many tempting parking places.

These are fabulous and I will post other motivating quote or stories as I find them.

Another weigh in

I am struggling with motivation. . .and I eat just to eat I need to listen to myself.

June 6: 317.0 lbs

Can I really lose weight and get through this I have to figure out with the grace of god.

See you next week

One blog two journeys

This blog is the story of three journeys.

It is story of bringing my son Andy out into this world from autism.

It is my story of loosing weight.

It is my family journey of living life day in and day out and trying to make sense of it all.

It is a story we all share each and everyone of us.

Our Journey's are a little different and take each one of us to different roads.
